My name is share about their work-life, managing expectations of others and yourself. Exactly. But definitely. I like that working, that that living at work because I feel like we're kind of doing that lately too. So that's on our second three to six signs that your work-life balance unbalanced. Anybody have any other suggestions? Like things they think make when they know that their work life isn't balanced. Sleeping well, I like victim's computer winds up in the kitchen while I'm cooking. It mean to click that button by guess, my computer in the kitchen when working. So you're working and cooking and multitask in. Anybody else? Irritable, all burned out. Don't sleep. Wow, yeah, we're going to get all of those, definitely. And that kind of leads actually into I've hurt you, stop taking care of your body. You stop sleeping well, you're either stayed up too late, you're not being able to fall asleep, which is a nice segue from our last presentation on sleep. That you're, you're not sleeping well and you're not eating well. You're maybe your skip out on that exercise routine that you used to do other time or in a Diet Coke for breakfast instead of sitting down and actually having breakfast with anybody else's. Notice things that they've started to do lately that maybe aren't good practices anymore. And when your mental health is not so healthy. And Diane, you mentioned a bunch, I think it was. You mentioned a bunch of things about that, but definitely yeasts are failing my more anxious, depressed, or irritable, angry. You almost like dread. Dread the urine that fine rang you dread hearing that little tag on your your phone or the vibration or the watch or whatever, there's a dread adjoined to go to work. I derived for one more meeting. You want to run away? Uh-huh. That's actually I think it's like a bag sale. But you just don't like you anymore. I'm actually happy. I know we're not really talking about kids match, but that's a lot more it. You're seeing kids, a lot more kids with anxiety and depression now because of all this virtual learning, I heard recently on the news that my generation that like the 35 year olds, sorry. Walk around. I'm sorry. I'm still at my office. I'm asked him work and I thought they were done making announcements. How did I get the RB or that? I'm Peter, sorry. Or I'm locked out and it's quiet and I thought this would be a To work with my office door shut, I knew they were going to make another announcement. I apologize. Work-life balance. But I but I go. I didn't know what it is that people in my generation, half, they're now saying that at least 50 percent of us search and I were having some symptoms of anxiety and depression since the COVID error has started. So loss of interest in activities like things just don't seem fun anymore. I don't know if anybody else is experience. I'm kinda hard to say when we talk about pre and post COVID because the activities that we're doing are a little bit different than the activities that we use for doing so. You know, I'm Misko and annuities, But there's no movie theater near reach, so it up. But just in general, you just don't feel as excited to go and do things. Fun. Things don't seem fun anymore with just one more task. And is they like no matter what you do, it's not good enough. You don't have to raise your hands or even put it in the chat. But if any of you have experienced this, I'll be the first digit I have. So you start to question, in everything you're doing is you can't really do ever eat that people such that they can't do anything well anymore. A perfect example is this PowerPoint took me probably a solid week of redoing over and over again because I kept thinking it wasn't good enough that some other signs of the egg at work, you feel like you're constantly worried about being fired or constantly fantasizing as they said, about being fired. As Lao. You worried constantly, that's your job performance. May maybe at home don't feel like you're doing enough or your spouse or your significant other, or your parents or you're just not keeping up. I always feel like you're kind of running running behind. And then you're working longer hours or you're just walking around the block. Again, you don't have to share if you don't want to buy, how many of us really feel like we're working 24, 7 or there's really no shut off anymore, like we talked about with the sleep. The last one Let's take one last email. When the LMS taxed and I and I'm guilty of sending an e-mail at 130 in the morning to my prince while it probably made are less sense in the morning that it did at 130 in the morning. So anything else experience thought. And then your relationships had to suffer or become non-existent. And that is another one that's kind of hard with tethered to know what Israel a work-life balance burn out or what. We can't really spend much time with people anymore. But a lot of people who feel like they are kind of out of whack will say that they just don't feel connected anymore. They just don't feel like they don't have relationships with their co-workers. They're not really connected to their family. They're just kind of going through the motions. So with all that, Jim and glam rest assured, we can change this. So what are some ideas? Maybe some practices you guys have tried when you start to feel like your work life is kind of out of balance that have worked for you of what you're doing that I learned how to click at the same time, sorry. There we go. I schedule something with someone so I can't back out. That's a really good when Jamie I do that is as well. And that's actually one of the things I'm one of the side to make commitments that I can't get out as if they else have any ideas. I've tried something. We're going to chat here. We visit my boundaries. Yes, definitely. Boundaries are a big, big thing with work-life is is setting those boundaries and adjusting those boundaries when it doesn't work for you anymore and tough work email off the town? Yes. Patrick? Exactly. I actually took it off my watch too because I had someone tell me I was literally carry my work on carrying the weight of my work on my body. So by taking it off like that, my watch too, that help. So definitely take you off your answer there. We'll start with your work environment. Is at this picture up because it's a drive me crazy train. If I had to work in an environment that looks like that. One thing we suggest is that you become more efficient at work. Anybody have some ideas like if they start to get little less productive at work, any value, share, any tips for when, what to do when they start to feel like they're not. Or even my comp exams or study or writing papers like what's helped you kinda push through and become a little bit more efficient? I eat well, I have a dog, so typically when I'm feeling antsy and like not productive anymore. So as he so I typically take him outside for a little bit. That's good. I like that one. Definitely. I think pets like they know us. They know that they they they know how our feeling. And then getting up and taking breaks chip, like you are saying, you just get up and walk around. A lot of people will say, I think this has to get up every hour and walk around for a couple of minutes. I do. Just because I have my watch and best day and every hour to get that little tick mark. But every hour for 10 minutes I get up and walk around. They suggest focusing. I'm sorry, Becky, you might have heard of this actually a lot of people in here might have heard of the Eisenhower box. Click a box where you put all your stuff you have to do in one of the four boxes. I think there's four and it's like must do today and then this can be next week and then I can delegate this one. So you kinda like no. Like what is necessary to do today, what you can put off or give someone else to do. I like it. That's called the Eisenhower Box. Yeah. Huh. I've never heard of that. I do it. I've heard of it. Need to do should do, want to do list. It's like that show that I like that better. What I can delegate. Yeah. That's something we all need to do. As cities are standards are actually less productive when you multitask than if you just focus on one task and get it done. Shot here. Lists for what I can realistically accomplish. And I'd, I, I like that today I'm being real, be making the list and be realistic about what you're going to do. You're not going to do 25 things if you only have a couple hours to do it. So I was just just to declutter your workspace. Obviously, that's why this picture is here. Big is the guy. You can't. How much can you really get accomplished if your office looks like that? And this is a big one I Patrick's kind of take breaks, Tara. Many times we had to get up and walk and a dog and taking breaks. And really important to do that, to just kind of get out of your head space for a little bit. And then some other ideas. If anyone doesn't know Alice has an a or things like closing your e-mail browser while you're at work. See you're not getting a 100 notifications and then you're stopping and checking that e-mail and stuff and get it and putting your phone away. That way you have ways to increase your office is a nasty, ugly not apps. You're not distracted by your office. And you take away all the digital distraction so that you can focus. If anybody has tried that before, but it seems to do it. Our favorite topic these days is I'm, again, I'm sure, you know what I mean by unplugging everybody anyone already know everything off? Yes. Going back to the Gulf to the olden olden days, when there are no screens or phones, right? It said that the average adult spends about 11 hours of media ij. Since I was getting ready to say, I actually think that sounds lower than what it probably is now. But he started really looking at how much internet usage you're using. It's kind of shocking how much time you're really, at least for me, how much time I spend a hat to any of us practice in any kind of like unplugging or digital detox. To know what I mean by digital detox. Tea, you can tell me, what are we what are we going to do to not be on our phones, our computers, maybe it for me. I stop at Airline around maybe like a little bit, a little bit. I'd like non ha Jin's to set everything down unless there's something really pressing. But really to have some boundaries and how much or when you start and stop or exec rep. So the way you said it, just write out where you are, that you're going to set a specific hours to check your texts, sorry, or check your emails or maybe even like you said, that you don't check email or text after nine o'clock. And I then I make sure that I let everybody know that. Why you see that about by IIT digital detox. I'm sorry, I won't checkered. I want to answer your text after nine o'clock. I like that list for we'll talk about non-work related things at dinner. And to go along with that, I am not having our phones at dinner. Says there's there's an app you can do where you can actually set it, where you're found at the family app. And so our funds are all turned off. It drives the kids crazy, but they won't get there even turned off. I can even use some dirty and get her hours and phones during meals or one of my pet peeves me to add a my husband doesn't want to go out to dinner and I would just stop talking. Friend Becky, that when they go out to dinner, they all put their phones in the center of the table. And whoever has to check their phone first has to pay for dinner. I like that. I'm going to start dish. So that'll go out to dinner anymore. But they're really, that's a really good line. Ever heard of. And Jim gap again, he's sick your media and but he does a lot alike his five kids and it's like welcome to my world is like if you ever just want to really funny audio book That's going to make you like, you want to listen to you to laugh. It's hilarious. But when all this COVID started, they got a locked box that actually charges your fans at this, that your electronics at the same time. And, and everybody had to put their funds and their technology in the lockbox. Every night. We looked in town, they were expensive. I wasn't by anyone. But I have an idea. Yeah. It's because especially these days, you have your phone, you've kinda iPhone. Ipad for different phones and read every email addresses. And I don't think sometimes real estate for people and sometimes not. I, first time I heard it, I thought somebody was crazy. Friedman suggests in it, they do a digital detox. Would they just turn their phones off for the weekend? I know social media, no. Anything. And I don't know if anyone has experienced if you've ever left your phone at home by accident, how a firm me it's been freed. I'll mess once I get past though my gosh, I don't have I found what am I going to do to not have any idea what a battery has actually felt really good. I don't know if anybody tried it for any length of time. On on purpose. It's hard. Dr. Peterson, I say Tell me about that. Yes. By accident. So panic them really? Yes, definitely. Jamie And, and I've kind of gotten over that panic of coming home. Hiv epidemic, AOL wasn't there to check it at it. It'll be okay. But I think if anybody could try to go a whole weekend, I would be pretty impressed. And I wish that I could so that and also like the target like studying the specific hours and I will not answer tax after this time. I'm not answered in Ina's chances are you're not making as much sense at that point anyway. The idea is making self-care a priority. And I'm not sure within that script and predation, Everybody knows that self-care is neat. Somebody give me an example of what self-care it means to them. Close here, maybe anybody feels like this, maybe a self-care that somebody said, Hey, syntax, taking a break when I feel the need to. Yeah, that's a good one. Now we have to be major veils, practice and getting a facial. Joe. Yeah, My first facial around Christmas time is same. Why did I wait this long to have one laughing? That's good to, to AI. We don't take enough time to laugh anymore. Visitor coming up with ideas that I wasn't really thinking about. So good, good job. Schedule time for exercise. And I've tried, I touched about this either with the sleeping so if I can exercise, I feel better. Yes. Yes. Both ends the day on yes. Self-care is not selfish. It's necessary and making doctor's appointments. I know that sounds crazy, but I totally agree with you, Jamie making that doneness of my mat getting that routine screening that you put off for four years? We wouldn't treat our family members the way we treat ourselves sometimes. So yeah, it's really what it comes down to is treating, treat yourself the way you would want to be treated and you would treat other people. That your dogs have better health care than you. My chickens eat better than I DO and have better health care. That idea, they go to the doctor when they are acting weird. Yeah, many, great. Yeah. We all kind of but see having perhaps as a form of self-care. But I but I do like that you mentioned that the making the appointments. So don't do that. Now, we shall guilty or say to Jamie a laugh because I always spider on meal prep. Is eating healthy, like having that breakfast or we're talking about the oatmeal in the morning, taking care of your body. If you have to be somewhere at a certain time and you're not going to have time for breakfast, meal fat, so that you can hand that jar oatmeal every morning to start your day out, right? I was anybody I know Jamie did a whole class on meal prepping, so we'll get into that. I never really thought about like eating is a form of self care about. It really has. Then making plans with family and friends where I want on there to end up there. So here's a good example of the teachers that I work with the staff, they're all doing self-care by walking around the building for a half an hour before they go back to teaching virtual this afternoon. So anybody else have anything they'd like to do for self-care? It's very move on. Move on. And we've talked about this a lot, setting boundaries. And when we talk about setting boundaries, it looks different for everybody. So if someone wants to share what that setting boundaries means or it looks like to them. Poster, create a schedule and sticking to it, whether that's at home or at work or your work home. Reality is if you were going to work nine to five at work, work nine to five at home and say at five o'clock, It's the end of my day. And sticking with it made the antibiotic started a schedule to at some point, but they get up in the morning, meet that schedule and whatever gets done by 5 or whatever your schedule is, it Get Sun and then if it doesn't, it can get done the next day unless you're a rocket scientists or neurosurgeon, It's really not that important. And what your coworkers, your boundaries. I mentioned this earlier show chat so that I always told my RAP bot that I practice digital detox. So I'm not going to answer your e-mails. I don't care what time you send them. I don't have my e-mail notifications on my thumb. Shutting down an e-mail. I like the NAT and getting the notifications and then shutting down your e-mail. Who wrote this one? I like this one, I'll say and create my own standards as what I think is needed, not others. Excellent, Both great ideas. Because you can only get and you can only get so much done, has been what? You need to get done. Keep going. I'm sorry. That's it for that one. Anyone else do anything that help or as any way that you don't have to say out loud that if you're struggling with setting boundaries, with any of the suggestions that have come out, something you might be willing to try. It's been a long day for everybody so far, but I like to say in the scheduling and sticking to it because I'm notorious for trying to fit Moran. Let's see. Take more breaks. Yeah. That's a good man. Jamie. Move on. Is the kind of another buzzword these days is bad for my practice mindfulness, which I'd never heard of until I showed up at UGA and thought it was a bunch of Hokey Pokey until I started doing it. So does anybody know what mindfulness is practice? There are many want to share their experiences of mindfulness, meditation. So I can if nobody else sketches. So mindfulness is really just being aware of where you are and being present in that moment. Um, so, yeah. Nine chat guy like the S9, judgemental awareness and observation. And Tara said being in the MoMA, doing what's right in front of me. Exactly. Being in a moment AS textbook and non-judgmental away at being in the moment, but taking a non-judgmental approach by being present in the moment and being aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your breaths. Just not focused on the person next to you, or would you have to do ten minutes from now? Maybe it's focusing on what you're eating right now. So does anybody yes or no, anybody practice mindfulness? I highly recommend it if you're trying to get better at it here, yeah. I'm trying to get better at it, especially since I think it's really changed. Being at home when you're in your home environment. Very easy to get distracted by other things that you want to do for your home as well as work. It's like when you left work, you're able to kind of put your home and how behind here now it's almost as if you're always banging into something that needs to be done. Thymus, think that mindfulness is a little bit harder than it wasn't the past. But for me it's force me to pay better attention to it and get better at it. Because you get it. Yeah, Thank you for sharing environment. I tried meditation but I kept getting distracted at that list me for 42 years of my life, I thought yoga was garbage and meditation was they got distracted and tell I got AirPods and noise canceling AirPods and just couldn't hear anything else that was going on in the world and had to do guided and diag the answer, she does guided meditation before she goes to sleep. Dan, do you find that that helps you sleep better? Yes, it does. It's like 10 minutes and then sometimes I falsely with the AirPods in my ears. Me too, me too. I can v up for hours watched if I don't, but if I just do a guided meditation, I don't even remember falling asleep. And app or a program. One woman that I like her voice. So when I hear my voice and my goal, it's time to go to sleep because she's talking about me, I love EM. Like sleep. Oh, yeah. There's one that I listen to them. I've also tried the bedtime stories with calm, but they didn't work for me. But a lot of people like those as well, like a bedtime stories there, but I do like the Calm app and the woman's voice on that map. I like her a lot. And Carnap is nice. You can stay up a three-minute meditations and they have emergency. That's the one thing that will go off on my watch. If my heart rate goes up, my emergency com will come on and to ask if I look at it. A three-minute meditation. So I think even a minute and meditation every day is beneficial. A gray matter again, look different. Whether that's like a gratitude journal or you search a day. My personal trainer starts with their day with meditation. But it's really being present in that moment. You're paying attention to how you're feeling. You're living in the moment, on your focus, knowing everything. And this is my favorite. You guys are true birth because we're all muster with us but get rid of perfectionism. Then going to happen. It just isn't going to happen. I love this quote by events, I guess a quote, person, perfection is not attainable. But if we chase perfection, we can, we can catch excellence. So if we go into it and just knowing that we're not going to be perfect. But excellent or good, it's okay. I don't know if anybody else has suffered the again, just something to think about for later. Being present. Ever be imperfect. I have a lot of resources on that if anybody's interested later, I owe a lot of information about mindfulness and being present While activity. And if you have a piece of paper in front of you, I wasn't sure how many people we're going to show to participate. So I'm not sure it will take that long, but if you, anybody and you can even get even just talk about it, the jhanas circle and create a pie chart trying to percentage of waking hours you spend on each of these things. Self-care, your relationships and then other responsibilities and other relationships. If you wanted to just think about it too either way. And it will straight-up tell you like, as I was proofreading this again for the 100th time, that should say there was and abilities that other relationships through money gotten a chance to do that. Our healthcare side, we're supposed to be drawn our own hyporheic. Yeah. I'm sorry. Yeah. Or even if you want to just think about like the percentages you want to dry, like draw like a pie chart. One to think about it. I got those four things that you gave in, right? Like the percentage of what you spend. Once you've shared today you feel about that pie chart. When you look at it? What was it again, Becky, self-care, I'm sorry. Asian ships and other responsibilities? Yes. Self-care. It's interesting to look at it. I kind of did it by the profanity. And that makes some days are different than other days, like birthdays, that job takes up. Now a good chunk of the day. So it's almost like what? Like finding a balance even though it will never be balanced. I'm sure most people don't have 25, 25, 25, 25, right? He had some sort of a balance that yields good for us. I tell you even see like in theory, you go ahead, I'm sorry. No, that's okay. I'm just gonna say I would like 50 percent to be self-care per day or night. It gets your signature. Putting out your day is different on your workday. So you have some type of work-life balance. If you're able to differentiate, get your percentage is going to behave. You sir. Appreciate that. Yes. We're going to have formation. Two things. I'll definitely your circuit would look on vacation and also work-life balance. There you go. What came to mind was how they interact with each other. For example, if someone if you're having an argument with someone in your family, it's going to affect those other parts as well. So they they definitely affect each other. Yeah. I hadn't thought of that. That's a good point. And I miss a sec. Our little wellness wheel that we use children. All right. E-mails, how many layers? I know Jamie, You said your self-care was a little bit Hezekiah, you will see your self-care with a little bit lacking. Yeah, I'm going to work on that. Like it's actually a plan that I'm going to do all my work on that. Yeah, If you could change anything, what eBay? Probably mindfulness. More mindfulness. You get to do this one more time or you can do it by percentage. Now this time, draw a pie chart except draw it like tar was saying, her 50 percent self-care. Draw your ideal pie chart with relationship your relationships. Pick you pick an area and he got your relationships, self-care, or their responsibilities, and your job. What if you kind of like our vision without FQ at your perfect world and nothing stood in your way. What would that adventure theme when you're talking about work-life balance and you're talking about self-care. That that component of the ballin. Yeah. I'm, I'm I imagine some people feel like their tank is filled with less and some feel that their tank is filled with more. And it really does. It really dependent on the person. Interpreted it out pair like how much self-care if needed. And I'm wondering, does that Nas late, I mean, doesn't change a little bit depending on what you're only occurring right. Now I say that if you love your job, It's like be part of your self-care, right? Or if you don't like your job, it might not be. So it depends on your attitude towards all those too. All right. I would agree with that and what your situation is. I love my job. I love leaving my house and going to work and putting clothes on and putting makeup on instead of me coming to work. I didn't think about it that way, but really is slightly a little bit of self-care for me is going out and doing something that's not because a tiny human needs it from me and others for me to IN0 when these days it's not so much but going to score, going back to school with self-care for me. Who was the first thing that I had done? Jamie jail. I actually for house. I have to walk down Main Street. I got to check the grown-ups are interested in the same things that yet. But it was something that I could do for myself that didn't belong to anybody but me through self-care right there. Yep. Jamie, you were saying so going back to school with self-care for you as well. But yeah, it's like self-improvement, self-growth, like that kind of thing. It just is investment. I let go. You guys, like it's the investment you're investing in yourself. Feel better, you could better doing that said, you know, what? Are you reading about that, that tank analogy? Filling your tank or are you running on empty or you hope you get a lot done when you're taking enough care of yourself to have the energy. And for phase two, are, you know, going and being aware of where you are on your INR check, you know. Are you running on empty? Do you feel like you're running on empty? Your time to cripple under the gas station and filler up here. Jamie, you can probably relate to how empty where we are. Six weeks ago. We were pretty empty. Negative, negative. And Dave, and I don't think I think I struggle with knowing when I'm running out. And I just thought I realized that when I'm empty, I was running out, right? And that's a good way to make TO some people are able to their gas site goes on. I had a time and some people's gas light does a basket. And their guests site is on Wednesday. I've run out of gas in there. I was stranded by the side of the road or they're in a restaurant in there too tired to make a decision about what to drink. So anybody else have any feelings about that? Is there james eisenhower box, if you look at the legal what's on the list for this week and how do I There's some weeks yourself. Can you have more time for another which you don't. So it's looking at what am I going to add in if I don't have time already, right? So how balancing those, those priorities at Delphi about balance that everyday can be the 25, 25, 25, and maybe self-care is five. But next week it's you're going on vacation, so it's going to be 95 hour. You know that you're going to be busy or later on a stage. So I better make that dentist appointment or before school starts or something like that. So. Finding that balance. I guess that I especially as you know, how, how is your ideal pie chart different than your pie chart? Why is it better? And we've kind of talked about this already, but what are some steps you can take and make your ideal chart, your reality? Along. I feel like that up now that box, that Eisenhower Matrix, Jamie put the link, if you can't see for the Eisenhower Matrix, she put it in the chat. So anybody surprised that the difference there, like IDEO pie chart was compared to what life looks like for them now. Mm-hm, Mm-hm, Mm-hm. I get especially a group that we are and we're pretty much aware of where we're lacking, but is there a stab site now as you kind of know where things are on your pie chart, I know Jamie said you're going to start working on some self-care and tired mentioned practicing mindfulness. Are there any steps, anybody else's and that they are not taken to make a more balanced pie chart or pie charts. I more ideal time management. Yes, I agree with I want to add a I actually last year I thought I had a sleep problem. I love hey, management problem. I'm not generalize. So I think that's, that's great. Do you have any particular plans on how you're going to work on your time management? Note, just it's in my column here that I plan to do and I just have to make time to time and you have to make time for time management, right? Understand. Let me close this out. And then okay, I started off as Flaubert just so what's the first step and getting started with that? For ADA, you already mentioned to you just have to make time for time management. And Jamie, what's like, what do you think your first step is going to be to start getting some self-care in your life. It's either going to be a regular like mindfulness or breathing exercise or just taking breaks? I haven't decided. But like in this environment where we're like yesterday, I went from like eight in the morning is I eat at night. It was awful. I feel young minds barely took any breaks. So like maybe every two hours, I have to just walk away for five minutes. Something that definitely help, but actually increase, they fade, increases productive great. To taking that break dance and scheduled on her calendar? Yes. I scheduled my gym members might gym exercise is scheduled on my calendar at a certain time and it's 730 Monday, Wednesday, Friday, like I have a doctor's appointments. How the gem so I like that scheduling it on the calendar. Especially since that I'll say those along with the creating the boundaries and make setting a schedule and sticking to a Mm-hm, Mm-hm, Mm-hm. I suffered through most of this. So are there any main points, anything at one more chat up and in particular stood out for people about their work. Jim, I love that Dr. Jim upon it. I hate to put it that way exits at if it's a doctor's appointments and the gym, It's like a doctor's appointment. It keeps me from getting sick. They say if you don't have time for it to work out, you better have time to be sick. So that's why I say that. So Jamie was saying so quick to just like say, okay, well, I could just skip the gym but you would never do that for a doctor's appointment. Spoken by somebody that has become anything about this presentation stick out antibody that they found particularly interesting or hadn't really thought about before realizations. Diane, I think the main thing that I got from it was just a reminder to always keep self-care in your mind. It's always a good reminder for people. With reminders, that little sticky up that kind of remind yourself to love you. Any other takeaways we talked about. We talked about work-life balance and how hard it's been for all of us slightly and science and it's not that we aren't balanced. Like when your mental health is taken a beating, your physical health is taking a beating when your relationships aren't where they used to be, your work might suffer a little bit and then you just don't feel good. And I think also important to remember to Becky is that when people, if they really feel down or, or anxious that there's always hope out there like you always look for a counselor. We have resources for counseling. Know is resource people to reframe it. Especially right now. It's not uncommon for people to be experiencing more anxiety, more feelings of being overwhelmed and being down. And you're right, like there's resources out there. And it's much more common now to be reaching out. It's not a big deal to go and ask somebody with a little bit more experience and knowledge based, Hey, I'm feeling this way, is that normal mental health counseling and self-care? Yes. If you don't want, if I add, it's important adequate gnosis or could support this as well as the employee you have access to a lot of resources as a state employee that you can use for mental health. Now, I know there's a lot I know what the military to nothing many years military, but they will give you 63 sessions for one product. Then you can come back for 63 sessions of another problem if you want, but you can get free mental health services that way. But yeah, definitely. I get started, ED. I'm sure additives like the resources for that. I don't know a lot about in play house or well-being that on as a state employee, you have different resources. And to like even just phenotype college, there's a lot of resources there as well. I think my biggest takeaway was not waiting until the tanks completely empty, fill it and just being more aware of that. Definitely, I'm guilty of that. Were you gonna say something? I didn't know if I just clicked any by accident or sorry, anybody here yet. And it is love this roadshow. And if you see somebody on and who Mr. me ideas because then I'm going to feel really, don't bow better, learn balance. Balance is key. And it's from karate kid, but I just love in balance. We need to balance them up. Yeah, Just the wax on wax off the website. Yeah. I know. You don't want to see that happen on the eyes. Get ready to do that, Isaac now I'm not going to do Yeah, Maybe not. Yeah. Are they really sad thing is, I guess I could do this that people would now like karate kid because I guess there's a Netflix show on now or something that's about it. So I seen it, but that guy was so cute when he was younger. So I'm like, I don't really want to see the blind guy like oldie because it looks weird and it's grammatical down. Go ahead, Becky. You should wash. No Good. I can feel how Ralph haven't died yet. That memory say Get out. That was like one of my first like movies I got to go see with my cousins though it has like math matches, pictures like taped your WA from
