Stepping up and telling your story is the first step. Then what? The University of Delaware presented a webinar on March 14 about tips for safe and responsible advocacy. The interactive session was hosted by the University of Delaware’s Center for Political Communication. Guest speaker Peris Tushabe, the free expression and education program assistant at PEN America, shared advice on protecting your digital safety while exercising your freedom of speech. Peris also discussed current challenges to the freedom of expression with Nancy Karibjanian, director of the Center for Political Communication.
