Bellanca Airfield Museum & Delaware Aviation History.

A presentation on the history of Giuseppe Bellanca and his Bellanca Airfield and factory. Built in 1928 by Bellanca and Henry B. duPont just south of the current New Castle County Airport, the factory produced nearly 3000 aircraft before closing in 1954. Prepare to hear about Delaware's aviation history, the Bellanca legacy and the museum which is dedicated to preserving our aviation heritage.
