So let's go ahead and get started. So we go by the name of university delaware Professional and Continuing Studies, or UDP EPS for short. So we primarily offer professional development certificate program and short courses. You're not familiar with the concept of non-credit professional development programs. Let you put into a very simple understanding concepts that all of us can relate. Let's just say that where all of this had to take an epic journey across the country by going from East Coast to the West Coast. Thinker that I think Roche, it is your career. All that you're going to be going on that journey. You're already on that journey right now. And think of the professional development opportunity as your pit stops one way or another. Sooner or later, we're all going to have to make a pit stop because there's no way you can drive across the UIs without making pit stop. Some of you might require only one or two pit stop along the way. Some of you may take more than five or six picked up and that's okay. We're all different. And that's why we're here to serve you. We have a portfolio of programs that can serve IV all of your professional development needs from business to icky, to parallelly go to test perhaps to conferences and customized training and a ocher lifelong learning. We are here for you when you are ready to make those picked up. We have program for you. So thank you again tonight for coming to the PCF to style them way. Hopefully, hopefully your experience like to start with the a pleasant one. So let's talk about them available at discount and Financial Aid. He ends again for more information about all the scholarship and discount we offer, go to the website for more details or you can send us an e-mail and we are more than walk willing to issue. This is actually my last slide. I promise to be very brief. I just want to highlight some additional opportunity where you can actually safe. And when first we're doing a social media or Apple or a bird, a low birdie told me earlier today that there's a really good chance of someone winning this context. So if you are on Facebook or Twitter, feel free to use the hashtag UDP. Yes, that's the most important part. And make sure your posts are public that wouldn't find you. One winner from each platform will be selected and when a 25 percent discount towards eligible program. In addition, one lucky winner from from any session will be selected to have one 50 percent off discount for eligible program. We do encourage you to please complete the evaluation before you leave the session tonight. That will be very helpful to us. Also. College is talking. If you have any questions, please do feel free to use the chat function. I will be monitoring the chat and if needed, I will stop. I'll stop this. College to ask you a question, but normally we'll address the question at the very end. So with that, I am going to stop sharing my screen and turn the program over to the program director Barbara College and Barbara, feel free to take it away. Thank you very much and good evening, everyone. It's such a pleasure to be here. So just to check, can you see my screen PowerPoint slide up? Yeah. Thank you. Okay. So have any of you been on a project? I felt like this. I think that's why many people actually decide to join this class. I know I have, I'm sure rich as they calve. All of us haven't had been in that situation where we have to deliver bad news to our stakeholders and our executive steering committees. So the purpose of this class is to provide you with the tools and techniques to avoid this situation in the future. Okay, So again, I'm Barb cost and joining me is my colleague Rich. And Rich, please jump in wherever you feel and you'd like to contribute during the presentation. Okay, I have a very brief agenda this evening. I will talk about the certificate program. Give a few examples of past projects. Course logistics. Talk a little bit about the regional job market. And I'd like to spend just a couple minutes talking about PMI, the Project Management Institute, where they are today, how they're driving change. I know many of you may have heard that they released a new PMP exam. They're releasing a new version of their body of knowledge. The PMBOK 7 comes out in August. It feels a little bit out of order. And so I'm going to speak to that and I'll talk just a little bit about how we keep up to keep our content current when PMI is driving all this change. Okay, so the Project Management Certificate Program is designed to deliver a global project management best practices. It's appropriate for participants from any industry. So my background is in information technology and I also teach an IT project management class which is on another evening. Join us Thursday if you have an IT background, will be doing an info session then. But this particular class is suitable for participants from any industry. And you'll see when I give examples of the projects that have been done in the past. They're fun, engaging, and teams really enjoyed working through those projects. Several of them made it through for the class to full implementation in real life. So it's very much a hands-on class. And the students will apply skills as we go through the project life cycle. So again, it's focused on how to be a good project manager. Okay. The class was recently updated to reflect PMI 2021 exam changes. So they released a new PMP exam in January of this year. So I'm an ATP certify exam prep. Atp is authorized training provider for PMI, which gives me access to the exam material so I can actually take those and bounce them against our course to make sure that our course content is aligned with what PMI says are the standards for today. Okay? The class does me PMI educational requirements if you're interested in sitting for the CAPM or Certified Associate in project management exam requires 23 hours of formal education. And the PMP exam requires 35 hours of formal project management education. So this class does meet those requirements. But I want to be very clear that this is not an exam preparation class. So there is no experience required for this class where it's a foundational project management class to teach best-practice skills. So an exam prep class is very, very different. It assumes some knowledge, especially for the PMP. And it will drill you on exam practice questions and so forth. And that's not us in this class. We're here to have fun and actually run through the project life cycle and deliver tools and best practices to you that you can take with you to the workplace. Okay, so in this program, students do work in teams. So you brainstorm and establish an organization of your design. You'll determine a project that will add business value for that organization. And then working through the course, you'll initiate, plan, execute, and close the project. Okay, So week over week, there are cases, there are simulations. And again, we're delivering tools and techniques to, to each of you. As the project unfolds. And we walked through the project life cycle. So in week 10, there's a final capstone presentation where each team gets to showcase their project artifacts and the deliverables are they created? Okay? During the class we will, it's for predictive agile and hybrid approaches. Okay, anymore, It's not waterfall or agile. It's both. And the majority of all projects are hybrid in today's world. We'll talk a little bit more about that towards the end of the presentation. Don't again, each week participants will take away a nice set of tools that you can immediately begin using at work or even in your personal like to plan projects. Okay, some highlights. Past projects. I hope you find these fun and engaging. These will give you a good idea. The scope of the project that you would need to define for the class. Okay, so the first is the New Castle County community garden. This was a non-profit organization which created a community garden grown locally. And that garden and donated food to the feedback. Okay. The wedding planning company planned and executed rehearsal dinner and wedding for Romeo and Juliet. Okay, fun, engaging with 510 attendees. A empower packs was an organization that facilitated the creation and distribution of book bags filled with essential school supplies and distributed to school, school-aged children K through 12 throughout all of New Castle County. So another challenging project with a lot of moving parts. Okay. Healing with pats was tremendous. They built a community to connect pet therapy volunteers and children's hospitals throughout the region. They did that by building a website. And then there are other components for regional outreach as well, marketing and outreach. And then Outfitters, it was a traditional clothing Taylor who implemented body scanners for that ideal fit clothing. So this is just some examples of the fun projects that had been done in the past. So this gives you an idea when we say any industry, you know, where you can go with this. Okay. So there are two sessions that are being offered this form and you might have mentioned this. The first session is Monday evening six to 930. It begins on September 13th, and it runs through November 15th. The second session is on Tuesday evenings. It's the same time, six to 930. Okay. It starts a month later, October 5th, and it runs through 12, 14. And note that there are no classes during Thanksgiving week. So we do take a break that week. Canvas is the University of Delaware learning management system. It's used to house course content and assignments. Announcements, grades are posted there and so forth. It keeps the course very well organized and week over week, we publish new content in Canvas. In project management software is not required for the class. Okay? But if you have Microsoft Project and you'd like to use it when we cover the scheduling component of the class, that's perfectly fine. There's another product out there called project Libra, which is shareware and it's a very nice substitute for Microsoft Project. I will typically offer an additional workshop either at lunchtime or on the weekend if there's interest in the class, to walk through a demo of project Libra for anyone who would like to learn how to use it and create a schedule. In that software. It is really nice software. It runs on all platforms and it's free. So enrich, I'll do the same for your class as well. Thank you. I'm always happy to do that workshop. I enjoy it. Thank you. Okay. To be successful. Teams do work both during class and outside of class. So each class is 3.5 hours. We have a combination of lecture and teen time. We use the breakout rooms and so forth thing. In Zoom. Teams do plan to meet outside of class. Maybe one additional team meeting needed to complete their homework assignments. I figure it's about three to four hours of homework per week per student. Okay, the job market, project management is still a high demand discipline. So this job data was taken actually just last week. Vic downloaded or for me from burning Glass technology system occupation analysis for July of 21 for this region, specifically Pennsylvania, new Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. So in the last 12 months, in our region, there were 5,685 project management related jobs posted. And so that might include a number of different titles. Might be project manager, it might be project manager 1, 2, or 3, project coordinator, Senior Project Manager, System Project Manager, so-forth, project administrator. But all of those are included in this number of jobs. So looking out ten years, There's projected growth in the discipline to 0.8%. And the really good news, the median salary for project management discipline is $18,377. That's across all industries. So it's still a very bright outlook if you're thinking about a career change. Okay. This is a little bit busy, but I'll just speak briefly. This is about the Project Management Institute. That as an organization, they have existed since 1969. And they are truly the world's leading authority on project management. Period. So the Project Management Body of Knowledge, or PMBOK, as we call it, is both ISO and ansi 35. So iso being the International Standards Organization and ansi, the American National Standards Institute, both recognize the PMBOK as the standard, both globally and nationally. Okay? What's really great about that is that there are PMI chapters all around the globe in just about every country today. And everyone is speaking the same project management language. They're all using the same Pima. They take the same exams. And the pinball as it stands today, it's been translated into about 12 different languages. And so if you want to travel, if you're, you know, thinking about moving, going abroad, whatever. If your job here takes you abroad, you know, you'll find that you're scared. Your skills are very portable and translate. Do translate globally. Okay. Pmi also delivers professional development and certifications. And so this is a rather long list. You'll notice the bottom four are Disciplined, Agile, does the DA, for short, da Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master, value stream consultant, an Agile coach. So agile we know is a project management methodology that embraces change. So just say we have a new methodology called disciplined. Agile sounds a bit like an oxymoron or contradictory at best. But what Disciplined Agile is, is a new toolkit, if you will, that allows, allows organizations to identify their way of working and combine strategies from Scrum, kanban safe and other project management approaches to tailor a scalable approach which is customized for their organization. So it's not one size fits all anymore. It's never pure Scrum or a pure come on. It's really about finding out what works for your organization and putting together something that can scale and deliver projects successfully. Okay, and then at the top, we also have the CAPM, the Certified Associate and project management, which is our entry level professional certificate, the PMP, which I think most people recognize. And then rolling down through program portfolio, business analysis, risk management scheduling. And then this one, PMI Project Management ready, is for high school and college students. That's brand new. So PMI is pushing out their skill sets down to the lower educational levels, high school and college, to teach students how to successfully organize themselves, scope their projects, and deliver them. Very valuable skills if they start that in high school when they get to college and beyond. Okay. So where's PMI headed? Because they've been driving a lot of change people are feeling they're a little bit disjointed because they released a new exam in January and the new version of their PMBOK is coming in August. That was an intentional. So the PMBOK historically was very prescriptive. If you look at PMBOK six, there are 47 different process groups at each process group kind of dictates project management best practice and and how it should work. And what they're finding is that we need a lot more tailoring and room for maneuvering. Looking globally. People are not the same. Cultures are not the same, projects are not the same. Okay, so the new PMBOK is written to be strategic. It's no wonder prescriptive, and it focuses on business value and project outcomes. Okay? It outlines a set of project management principles. And it uses tools and techniques still, which deliver outcomes remain the best and look that remain the best and global practice. And so those traditional tools and techniques such as managing cost scope and time, creating a risk register, stakeholder engagement. All of those things are still there. They're just presented differently in the PMBOK. The big change is that the PMP exam is now PMBOK independent. Historically, you could crush on PMBOK six or PMBOK five or even four, do some practice exams and then do fairly well on your certification exam by reading that book as the sole resource. That is no longer the case. So it's a much broader body of knowledge. It includes waterfall, hybrid, and agile approaches. There is a recommended reading list on PMI.org. It's about 10 different text box. But really what they're certifying is that you are a practitioner, practicing project management to their guidelines. So if you've really, what really drives the exams in terms of content, is what we call the ECO, the exam content outline that dictates and we'll illustrate exactly what's on the PMP and the CAPM exam. So the CAPM continues to be based on PMBOK six because that's still what is current up until the next month or so. And that's very fundamental knowledge. But again, the PNP is PMBOK independent. And so you really want to drill down on that ECO to understand the content and what and where you need to study. Okay, PM I also created a new digital platform called PMI standards plus. And this is where they're putting a lot of the tools, templates, and techniques that might have been illustrated in PMBOK six into this platform to help outline, to define what the standards are. And this is for PMI members only. There is project management.com, which is a sister site to PMI. It's a public site and it is an amazing resource for articles and tools and templates that are free for everyone. But the one caveat that premium content is for PMI numbers only. So these are two very good benefits for joining PMI. Okay, so how do we deal with all this change as PMI, as updating the PMBOK and updating exams and so forth. They keeps us on our toes I where we do refreshes really every year, if not more than once a year, to keep current with PMI. But today, we've already updated the course to reflect the PMP exam changes. Since I am an ATP and I have access to that exam content. We were able in January to just realign the language. And the offerings are program UD instructors now so rich and I have early access to PMBOK seven. And so this is our summer reading. So the actual printed version of the PMBOK, I think it's available on Amazon for pre-order, but it comes out next month. So I refused to take this to the beach, but we are reading it over the summer and enrich and I will get together and review our, our program and our course content and make updates for the fall as well. We'll review PMI standards plus and project management.com just to see if we find current templates and articles. And we always want to keep it fresh and fun for an engaging hands-on course. So I'll leave you with this white bought because this is always been very important to me. It's been my philosophy for decades and I feel like PMI just kind of caught up. But when you look IT, project management methodologies as a continuum with the waterfall being on one end where you have the most control, and Agile being on the other end where you embrace a great deal of change. Everything on that continuum in the middle is hybrid. Okay? It's not one or the other. Again, it's not waterfall or agile and you'll often find people in either can't. It's both. The majority of all projects today are hyper far and think of it as one big toolbox and tell your, your, your project for success based on the requirements from your primary tools you need and you execute. So are there any questions and risks? You have anything you'd like to add? A farm. I think you did an excellent job as always. I think your point of the, the, the tailoring aspect of this is critical. It is easy to kind of latch onto a highly prescriptive methodology and think you have to follow it step ABCD. Um, whether it adds value to your project or not necessarily brings in the aspect of being able to adapt, tailor the, the approach taken on a project to what makes sense for, for each individual project. It might be different, as you say, on every project that you do. But you have the ability to, to, to adapt that project, to bring in the aspects that will be most beneficial to the successful execution and completion of that project. Zachary. Zachary. Questions from the audience about in class. Well, Barbara, HIV and monitoring the chat. I don't see anything there yet, but this time, feel free to continue to use the chat or if we have relatively small group, the other one in 30 view by that still small, you are welcome to come on camera if you brave enough to amuse up that way. But I wanted to actually kick it off with a question. I know both of you hate to talk about yourselves, but I don't have a very brief 2 second overview of your shorten shorten bile does not give you your background and justice. So I would like to take it off with that question. No. P, you guys give a slightly longer version of your background so that both audience understand your backgrounds in when, you know, why did you want to, why do you get your PMPM where you came from so they can understand better their instructors. Yeah. Enriching, diverse. Talking about. All right, Well, thanks. I to also come from an IT background. Although I think Barb and I both try to bring in as much different subject matter, other project areas when we talk about projects in general. But my early project management experience came doing large systems integration projects for the Navy and the Air Force. These were large multi-year programs doing, doing system development. Moved from there into equality role where I certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and served as our quality lead in the organization that I have now retired from. So that's my background. Yeah. Thank you. For yeah, we bought IT background. I actually started my career as a software developer decades ago, working on mainframes and came up through the ranks, managing projects, join PMI and 997. And I've got my PMP when in 2000, there were just record numbers of projects failing and billions and billions of dollars being wasted in the IT industry. And I just got this big chip on my shoulder and said, You know, not my projects. There's gotta be something better. And so once I got my DMP, I was able to start applying the principles and practices and developed a track record for successful project implementations and did a global Oracle ERP implementation using agile very early on that was in 99 and two thousand and two thousand and one, really one of the first ERP implementations to embrace what they call fast Florida, which was an early version of Agile. And we were so successful, Oracle wrote a white paper about our project, kinda held us up as a model. So it's just for me, is fun. And I've been doing it ever since. Perfect. Thank you, Barb and rich. So now we have questions from the audience, so I'm going to go ahead and repeat them and either want feel free to jump in the first question. All right, let me see it. Track of the questions via chat. All right. So first of all, I wanted to know can you repeat that two-class sessions, Barbra, you can go back to the slides of the two sessions. I also put in the chat. The first session will be on Monday evening on starting September 13th, run through November 15th. So if you're looking to accomplish this course before Thanksgiving, that will be your y and only option. The second option is on Tuesdays that starts a month later in October 5th through December 14th. So that will be the first question. And that Rachel had a question, Does this course give example per day to engineering project management? That's a good question. So in terms of lean engineering, so the project management principles at the highest level apply to all industries. So engineering and construction would apply as well as IT at the top level. So unless you're asking specifically about this, like product design or lean engineering specifically. Sorry, I guess I'm asking, Would this be a better course there? The IT project management for like more engineering examples and lean. Okay, So I'll just talk quickly about IT, project management. That class assumes that you have an IT, some IT background. And you understand the difference between implementing a system on-premise in your data center or versus in a cloud. And what the implications are and how those different class models would walk. Because we simulate a system, implementation and teams then. So we don't teach that IT component. I assume that you know that. And as we're rolling through the Project Management components of that project, you need to apply the IT components. I think you could certainly craft your class project along those lines if it were reasonably focused and end of a, of a scope that really fit with the yellow. It was doable within the context of class. So Rachel, I'm Engineering Biomedical. Biomedical. Very well. I would say, yeah, that's a great read. If you had a project that we can scope within the 10 records that meet your needs. You can certainly work with that. So you're worried, you're not worried, I should say here you're, you're, you're concerned about things like complying with good manufacturing processes, good clinical practices, things like that. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Again, I think, you know, a a way to address that within the context of the glass would be to, to, to craft your class capstone project in that direction. And that way your whole team could collaborate on it as well as the instructor can provide guidance, I think that way as well. Okay. Thank you. Okay. Moving onto the next question. Sarah, one day no R group for the class project based on shared interests are random. Yeah. That's a good question. Shared interests. So each team will negotiate projects of interest and we'll need to land on one. Now Rich and I haven't had a discussion about a process on how we can help facilitate that. And but it is the choice of the team for the project. Yes, but not least, I think the question was how the chains are selected was there was a question related to the team selection. I think it's probably ask them both because they thought the question is, are the group for the class project based on shared interests or random assignment. Please read them. Quite RAM. You want to elaborate on that? But I have R. So we do a couple things. When we're assigning teams that will go through introductions at the beginning of class. And we'll be making notes about what your background is, what your interests are, and so forth. And then we also have everyone in the class take the Myers-Briggs MBTI personality assessment and we use all of them, the tools together to put teams together, cross-functional teams. So we'll try to put people with like interests or backgrounds together that we think they're going to work well together and include your MBTI data in that decision-making. And we certainly can be flexible in how that works. And then those teams, then we'll work together to come up with a project ideas. Okay, and if you need assistance with developing project ideas, Rich and I are both there to help with facilitating not as well. It's not so it's not totally random. We do make an effort to put like-minded people together. Okay, Perfect. So I will say, I'm going to add one more thing to that. People who are married need to be on separate teams. That is a hard and fast rule. And we will not bend on that. Well, I think that's the next row two, I would be saving the marriage. Okay. But jokes aside, moving onto the next question. And this is really to question, maybe we can combine into 1 first 1 is Jan want to now this course was we Erik mentioned earlier is not an exam for anyone who are looking to take his PMP exam. So she said with this course plus any supplemental reading, prepare her for the again. Now, also I wanted to mind this question because it's essentially writing mine. And Let's see who asked this question and then carrion also want to to know what materials are needed in order to prepare the PMP exam. So we obviously have some people who are interested in PMP exam. So if you wanted to combine those two questions to answer and then perhaps both, and you want to share any additional resources. I'm sure the audience will walk them down. No, no, no. Yes, I can take it or my quick responses, I'm very much a believer in PMP prep exam course to prepare you for the exam. I think you need, do you need this kind of course? First in order to gain the necessary training and knowledge basis on which to study for the exam. The exam prep course, quite frankly, is all about being successful at taking the exam. So it's more about question answering strategies and tricks and tools for how to memorize the information that you need to have ready at your fingertips when you take the exam and that type of thing. So it's much more focused on how to take the exam, but I highly recommend the light. My own quest for the PMP. I also did a PMP exam prep course, and I'm very glad that I did, especially with the new exam because the reading list, a recommended reading list and volumes that includes IT, project management books and the tools and techniques, books and all kinds of books. So no one's going to sit down and read ten textbook. The exam prep course. It consolidates all that for you. When you, when you sit for the PMP, it assumes that you already have three years of project leadership under your belt. And so at that point, you already work your way through the foundational information that we're delivering in this course. Okay, so I would not recommend this at all for Exam Prep. Perfect. So the next question again, very similar along that same line. I think it was Harry and asked Guigo to the slide where we show resources. I like project management.com and carrying on, if I understood your question, you wanted to know what book where I talk about Amazon, I think we're referring to the PMBOK seventh edition when we're talking out earlier. Pmbok seventh edition is a publication by PMI. If you're a member or PMI, you can download that for free or purchase a hard copy from Amazon starting on August 1. You can pre-order that now. Pmbok is SPA is Pm P PMBOK. And just putting in PMBOK seven and I USE, you will be able to find out very easily ahem is on. If I deny answer your question, feel free to come on, Mike, or type in your question from there. All right. Let me try to see if I can stay back on track them. The questions bear with me 1 second. Okay? It is. So Jen, earlier he asked, is this class great answer in the chat, but I also want everyone to know yes, this class is graded. You are required to complete the course with 70 percent or higher in order to complete it and earn the certificate of completion from university Delaware. If you are not to be able to pass this program with 70% higher, then unfortunately you will not or ethnicity their completion. And generally speaking, for employer reimbursement purpose. Once the course is over, we provide you with your transcript that shows your module grades as well as your overall weights and that typically satisfy the employer reimbursement requests. Most of our employee just submit that letter and they will be okay for getting the reimbursement IVD, anything special or particular, our restoration officer can probably this issue further on that. Okay. Jasmine, you ask what material is needed, such as a laptop or a certain a just or a laptop with certain GPS, I'll probably apps or atoms. Okay. So Barb enrich and you guys want to tackle that question? Sure. So technology to join and online meetings, made a video camera and microphone, laptop, Microsoft Office meets the weasel out of Excel and Word documents, PDFs throughout the class. And I think that's it. That should do it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And you incur encourage everyone to join with video. It really makes a big difference in building trust and relationships within your team and within the class. Perfect. Okay, So the next question is Winnie also ask, do you feel PMP boot camp is necessary to pass exam? I think Rich, you cover that point earlier. Share your own experiences by b, if there's anymore additional points that you guys wanted to add onto that, I feel free. Yeah. I went No. I don't want to call it boot camp anymore. Can you guys hear me? Yes. Okay. Good. There it is. So PMI change the way they do exam preparation. They now have what they call ATP authorized training providers. The Delaware Valley chapter of PMI use an ATP and they offer an authorized PMI, authorized exam preparation course. You want to make sure you look for that course. It's a 35 hour weekly course. Very similar to this, but focused on Exam Prep. I wouldn't sign up for a non authorize any kind of Bootcamp or other classes. They're not branded PMI ATP. So just be careful about that. 35 our class. And the my only comment I, I'm just focusing on what needs use the word necessary. I'm sure there are ample folks out there who successfully pass the exam without taking an exam prep course. Nonetheless, I think it's still highly recommended. But strictly speaking, necessary. You can't possibly pass it if you don't take it. I don't think that's true. But but if you were looking for over your first first take the exam, pass, I think it maximizes your chances. So what I would suggest is go to PMI dot work and get a copy of the ECO, the exam content outline. And that will literally outline all the topics that are included in the PMP exam. Perfect. Thank you, Barb. Thank you, Rich. Kate, I apologize. I miss your question earlier. I do apologize. Okay. Ask when we complete the course whether we have a specific certification or will we need to complete a national exam after completing this course? So I'll address this part and enriching Barbie, you can jump in. Okay, So University of Delaware do not survive anyone. So what we do provide with everyone is a certificate of completion with University of Delaware. Profession can be studied branding on it. You can put that certainly are your resume that you complete a project management certificate program. We do not certify you as a project manager worldwide there is PMI, that's what I've been talking about. Project management institute there, the global leader and honestly the SOV, most respected certifying body, body for project managers. So Yoder for you to our credential that's recognizable worldwide, you should look into while that certification. So why would you want to go to the certification lays such as PMP, CAPM, you should do that and pursue it with PMI, their website simply as PMI.org. He Am I not work. You can take a look at it. If you have no experience with project management, you should look after a hat. Then if you have experience, you should look at PMP. Those are the two certification that we will document our students to pursue. If you're interested in certification. Rich embark. Was I able to answer the question completely? Yes. Okay. All right. So going back to question, I apologize. We are answering all the questions. Just going to bear with us and we will be here as long as it takes. Answer you have money. Again January answer the question about the grading. So let me know if you have additional question on that. We answer the question about the material law. Pop. All right. Boot camp, it's good. Okay. So I guess I'm going to butcher this name, ID or the name. Ask the question about what about people from the same company? Are they allowed to be on the same T-cell rich and bar? That's a good question. I do I do break up people on the same company from within the same company and who are literally that was not a joke. Who are married, put them on separate teams. And there are a lot of good reasons for that. There tends to be negative team dynamics often emerge when you have a married couple on a team of four or five people. And the same with people in the same company. They tend to dominate the project and the team, and there's less collaboration and then negative team dynamics. And in such a short window of nine weeks to deliver your project and become, can become counter forgot that. I think there's also a great incentive, not instead of, but a desire to bring out a real-life project in from the company. And we really don't recommend that. Yes. Yes, because enriches being very nice about that because with a real life project, there's a lot of uncontrollable variable and as driven there and things are, aegis is now going to be beyond your control and buy the course. The course is going to end in ten weeks. We are very good at project management and we will ensure the project 2010 weeks and your real life project may not, so they're not follow suit concern that you typically do. So Barb, would you mind going back to actually, I think it's on my slide so I can, I can actually share that later. So Jenny asks, is this It's Ashley, I'm Iceland. It's okay. No UFO afraid I go ahead and do that. I can post the link again, but we offer a variety of discount. So I will share that page, resource page and second and scholarship link will also be on that same leg. So let me see. All right, So KD finally answer that question. Okay. So Dave said. I believe he believe he heard him up May 7 possibly be used for file class or the cost of texts included in the class tuition. Dave, are clause actually we are our courses stand alone course and we actually do not use a textbook. We felt that we will rather gave you the student the choice of picking if you want to purchase the PMBOK seventh edition as a, as a reading, additional supplemental reading material. Mother, welcome to. However the class we offer as a stand alone and there is no book, are required to use what class. So you're welcome to purchase the PMBOK seventh class for yourself, if you like, but is not required for the class. So that you'll at the end just on by now the tuition includes all everything, simulation, instruction, time and everything. And we will host class, be a live Zoom. So all that are included intuition, there is no additional cost that should really need to be come out of your pocket. So. Okay. And she said, Do you offer assistance seeking employment after successfully completing this course? Yes and no. We don't we don't offer full job placement. That is something that we do not offer yet. We are in the process of exploring that. But for this semester, the answer is, it's it's not we're not there yet. But obviously we do get project management, job posting as we get them from companies we will share with our classes in the past. And also there are additional resources within the community. When we hear them, we will share the resource within, within the class as well. So that's typically what we do for employment system for now, but that is in the change and in the same time when everyone eroding any of our certificate program for the fall, you are automatically have access to the row in our power up your career session, which is completely free for anyone who are you rolling any of our certificate program this fall, I'll essentially they're short seminar programs that cover different topics. Yes, Ethiopia, UT employee, there is a fee waiver and I will answer your question offline. I promise that this is the link for our scholarship discounts and financial aid. I just posted in chat. And was her any other question that I did not read over or a dress. All right. Barb and ridge, we actually received a question via email before the info session. And this question was, is this prop program consider non-credit certificate? If so, does this mean that credit does not count towards a future graduate programs such as the MBA or Masters way. So please allow me address this. So yes, this is our non-credit certificate program. The non-credit portion of anything non-credit essentially is not typically not transferable towards a credit or a graduate degree program. However, everything There's the initial exception. We have seen. Candidates that have successfully use are not this particular program, but in general that have used our non-credit professional development program to, to partition the graduate program of their choice either to wave a prerequisite and, or to grant them, say equivalent of that particular graduate class. So we have seen that happen and we also have seen that they have used the class Success way to gain favorable mission decision for their graduate applications. But no, this class would not be, generally speaking, will navigate you and I'll be able to earn, say, three credit towards MBA program or a graduate program. But some school may award you so you can always try and ask and we do provide you with transcript, so you do have all the information you need you that all of us so you can partition the school you that if you wish. But here at university Delaware, we do not grant credits.
