This workshop is intended to help make UD a more inclusive space for LGBTQ+ students. The main goal of the workshop is to educate faculty about LGBTQ+ issues and provided concrete, evidence-based recommendations to promote inclusivity in their teaching and research. Additionally, we aim to provide faculty with a current list of resources at UD for LGBTQ+ students to help facilitate referrals.
