University of Delaware alumnus Charles “C.R.” McLeod (AS01) has served as the Director of Community Relations for the Delaware Department of Transportation since 2017 and previously held the same role for the Delaware Department of State. In this session, C.R. discussed how DelDOT approaches communication strategy across the state, and in particular, how DelDOT is communicating to various constituencies about its three-year I-95 corridor restoration project.
