The University of Delaware welcomed guest speaker and UD Alum, David Palombi, Global Chief Communications Officer at U.S. Bank. 

Palombi shared an interesting perspective as he candidly spoke about his experience as a leader in the communications space. His impressive career path includes extensive experience leading communications functions in financial services, healthcare and consulting. Prior to his role at U.S. Bank, he held senior vice president and chief communications officer positions with CVS Health, one of the largest and most innovative health care organizations in the country. Palombi led corporate communications for the health insurance company WellPoint (now Anthem) during the debates over the Affordable Care Act, and for the secondary mortgage giant Freddie Mac during its multi-year $5 billion accounting restatement.
