The University of Delaware welcomed Susan Patton-Vassallo, a UD alumna, to the Inside the Industry series on December 4, 2020. The 1987 graduate is a marketing and communications executive with more than 30 years of experience in integrated marketing, branding, and new product launches. In this session, Susan defines the elements of success for a communications professional.

Susan’s cross-industry experience spans health care, advocacy relations, issues management, corporate communications. As a communication consultant with Novartis, she manages internal communications for oncology development executives.
