The University of
Delaware welcomed Erica Joseph Bergen to the Inside the Industry series on
September 23, 2020. As the founder and principal of EJB Consulting, Erica provides
business growth and marketing advisory services to her clients. In this session,
she discussed public relations agency practices, competition, and culture.
Eric brings 15 years of experience as a business development and integration leader. The
graduate of Rutgers University and New York University was previously senior
vice president of business development and marketing for the western region of
Weber Shandwick, a leading global public relations firm. In her role, she
oversaw strategic growth initiatives including client acquisition, partner engagement,
market development, and team deployment. Her clients included Airbnb, Riot
Games, and Covered California.
