Welcome to the University of Delaware as video series on financing a university education. This video will focus on the different types of scholarships and grants are Delaware residents can receive. The Pell Grant and the supplemental educational opportunity grants, were S, E, o G. Eligibility for all federal funding is determined by filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA. The result of the FAFSA, you're expected family contribution, or ESC, will determine your eligibility for a pilgrim while still dependent on financial need. This number represents the real out-of-pocket cost for your education next year. This is the number that you should use when comparing the financial aid offers you've received.
