For this month's APA Delaware Lunch & Learn we have two presenters who will be highlighting some of the recent legislation passed in this year's General Assembly that will be relevant to planners in Delaware.
David Edgell, Director of the Delaware Office of State Planning Coordination (OSPC), will cover the “Ready in Six” bills: HB101, 102, 103 and 104 as well as HB 104 which affects PLUS, and he will give an overview of a few of the housing related bills that passed this year.
Additionally, Susan Love, Section Administrator for Climate and Sustainability at DNREC, will give an overview of some of the climate change-related bills that were passed or introduced.
