Rather than rushing into integration, educators across higher education are cultivating the skill of navigating ethical shifts in AI, using their spheres of influence to model thoughtful and deliberate approaches to change. This session brings together multiple institutions to share how faculty and staff are developing practical strategies for addressing AI privacy and ethics across their campuses. Participants will explore examples of educator-led initiatives, resource-conscious solutions, and collaborative approaches to supporting and growing ethical cultures around emerging technologies. Through cross-institutional dialogue, we'll identify adaptable approaches for building agency within our own contexts to foster responsible AI use in teaching and learning.
