A clarifying question. Anything that surprised you even just when we were talking about right here about those numbers I looking for, I already do. And then anything you wanted to discuss for the students to 74 than having a larger discussion with the group. What is it that part for time purposes, but as a group, do you have any questions? Are there things that you use about is there anything you want further? So is there anything that surprised you, anything that confirms what you already do or wanted to be important as a discussion point. Pretty great. Thank you. Yeah. I think the one back there and wonder about Columbus, the kind of solidified what we all always heard that the victor or brace that history because I took over. I think it was there nobody cared. It was feasible really. Without a written language. We have to work. Where are the stores that were coming from this perspective? Does that impact what is being written about? Even just the early humans share movies about the taking of saying go to the most like that. Yeah. Well, hey, wait, why is that? Well, let's go over there because both the bother them Columbus, right? So that's really important to consider. And I didn't really want it to include epsilon, this perspective because I really want to try and keep it like that. Keep his voice out. Is that first interaction. We can see how he is describing the people. Doesn't say it like that. You just even roots and bring that up like this, especially to me as I do. And you have to turn perspective and each wanting to show them that pointed like this person is writing this. This is why he's gotta look this side, this person's readiness. We're going to hear their different opinions and their view of the situation. That there's a great quote, which is the title is The Broken Spears. And it's about how the aspects told her side of the story using pictograms. And so it's a wonderful program and speed. These questions or not. Hi, students. I wanted to bring up in this larger group, especially if you're a social studies teacher. Did you use this with the social aspect on the agenda, what you were talking about like you I want to talk about with respect to our two different perspectives here is cooperating one another or not. What about like for our learners in our special education students, students with diverse backgrounds? Is this what adaptations do you have to do or might want to consider doing this activity with diverse partners. One of the things I thought about it immediately with to help stimulate and guide conversation, providing sentence starters. Ratings can help generate that conversation and begin that conversation with something I thought I needed. Like Columbus, like this. Using the images that weren't possible. I noticed there was a good balance among text and imagery that maybe are the ones that didn't happen. Images ensuring that there was something that was connected there. So we have access for all students thinking cells to respond to the language that was Africa. And also for special education students, if they're not adapted writing, maybe to have our students more. So I'm going to be transcribed for that. Maybe go along That's pairs. Yes. Tell me that, right? Yes. Absolutely. Yes. I'd be very involved. Really, the only data that are there are features. The key again, are those for right now. Just each given. Any outside sources or maybe a sense of good versus bad, this ourselves. Agile fails what that illustration helpful. Absolutely. Practice that academic vocabulary as well, especially that ties into what you're already doing. Particularly in this activity works better at beginning, middle, or end, or they're entering queens problem. As I see it. I think my editing on what obviously makes a difference whether to begin, just beginning activity. Think of me as, I will say, complex of these bugging. You need more background before you can work with best games. What do you think? This is? More of? The background to build background? Yeah, I was wondering if you could do it as a way to engage, maybe read some of those misconceptions about when to use the same color and then you come back to them again and then respond to the question. As your knowledge change, you can see how many students eplerenone, that's why there's a way to bill me something about runoff is we're going to talk about these paths. We're going to come back to these throughout our unit that we're discussing in either the top or the lot density in here. This idea that try that RG had shared or there's suddenly a lot of Fry and reclaiming that tiny coming and doing the ceremony. He said he would. Tell us a little bit about that with thumb with a little bit of questioning is odd. I think. I miss majority of what you were saying. Like the picture of a young woman? Yes. But the research that you're claiming that have I DO. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I was very excited when I saw the DOM or these deals. New exhibit. Honey, as I'm definitely suggested, what's going on Sundays, I believe it's free. I'll say definitely go and see that they're opening, I think. Luisa to that article. Here are some of the resources that exist today. I would definitely check out the Indians in children's literature if you want to use children's love enough and plan or in your inquiry projects. But making sure that you're doing using books that are appropriate, that there are a lot of books that are not as any recent isn't detected as she goes through and ensuring that it is identify if a correct identification from an indigenous perspective. And then obviously, the National Museum of the American-Indian, you had shared, if that was not an American, Latino American Museum hosts, Sonia, they're going to be opening and stages, but the first opening of the first holes is June 18th involved? I'm not a 100 percent sure. Yeah. And then added to the idea of identity, that that's something that our district that I definitely got a lot of social justice work. And that identity is very important as we start to dry. And it's not idea that work, do you think there's not a lot that we don't want to be assimilating our students into this American goods that can be same and different. And that is, okay. How does that play? The video, the definition. If you wanted to explore about a four-minute video, I'd like to just watch the video and listen to this and worried about trying to turn it into a lesson. You gain appreciation for how the Dean of saying the beginning of the world onset, there'll be a carrier. Brilliant archaeology is not meant to be a little explanation, it's meant to be an emotional experience. And again, I think bringing to life the taking of the culture at all cultures that we have experienced throughout this is probably the most important thing I want to bring into my classroom on that. We're not disrupting that dominant perspective. And then really putting time and space to share their students the diversity of the indigenous disease. And a video for the frog. Thank you so much, jive. With that. You want to be your reward. We leave your name tags and set your table up rather than leave a project. Also, think they ever get them up.
